What to Expect at the Annual Dealer Meeting

Merlo America is excited to host our dealers for a full schedule of exploration, information and connections. We're here to raise the standard, and that means opportunities to meet our team, see the facility, and hear what's coming next for Merlo and Merlo America. To ensure you can focus on the experience, our team will coordinate your hotel, local transport to Merlo HQ and back, and all meals! The only travel you're responsible for is your flight and transport from the airport to the hotel and back.

Tuesday Agenda

7:30 a.m. - Pick Up from Hotel

8:00 a.m. - Arrive at Merlo America

Welcome and Facility Tour

Machines, Technology, and Attachments Overview

Noon - Lunch & Transportation Back to Hotel

1:00 p.m. - General Session, Information Sharing, Featured Guest Presenters

4:30 p.m. - Break

6:30 p.m. - Dinner & Drinks at the Hotel

 

Wednesday Agenda 

7:30 a.m. - Pick Up from Hotel (Carry Luggage with You)

8 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Breakout Sessions

Small group sessions will include: commercial, aftermarket, training and support, co-op and regional event planning and ConExpo 2026. 

Noon - Lunch

1 p.m. - 4 p.m. - Optional One-on-One Meetings

Travel Logistics, At a Glance

  • Monday, Sept. 15: Dealers Arrive

  • Tuesday, Sept. 16: Annual Dealer Meeting

  • Wednesday, Sept. 17: Dealers depart after Breakout Sessions (1 p.m.) or optional one-on-one meetings (4 p.m.).

You are responsible for transportation to and from the Charlotte airport. However, on Tuesday and Wednesday, Merlo America has arranged all transportation to and from Merlo. 

 

Meals will be provided on Tuesday (all meals) and Wednesday (breakfast and lunch). Dealers are responsible for booking flights and transportation to and from the Charlotte airport.  All hotel reservations will be made from Monday to Wednesday.
